OnlyFans management agency: what we actually do, task by task
“Management” gets used loosely in this industry. Here's the list we put our name to: who handles each job, how often, and what you can see from your side.

Your job: film the content we agree on. On revenue share, you film when it suits you. On fixed monthly pay, you film in the sessions we schedule together.
What it never includes
- Bought followers or fake engagement. It inflates numbers and puts accounts at risk.
- Meetups, travel or anything in person. All of it happens online, from where you live.
- Upfront fees. No onboarding, “training”, photo or verification charges.
- Accounts in the agency's name. You open them with your own ID, with our help, and we manage them with management access.
- Content you said no to. Your limits go in writing, and you can change them whenever you want.
OnlyFans agency or OnlyFans manager?
You'll see both terms, plus “OFM”. The agency is the company and the teams behind it. The manager is the one person you deal with every week: she plans with you and keeps editing, chat and promotion moving. A freelance manager does that job alone. What we cover on the video call (and what we never ask)
It's 15 minutes, and you get the contract before it starts. On the call we go through:
- Which pay option fits you, and the exact rate or monthly amount we're offering you
- Your limits: what you'll film and what you won't
- OnlyFans, Fansly or both, and why
- Your stage name and the countries you want blocked
- How leaving works, so it's clear from day one
- Whatever in the contract you want explained
What we never ask for: money, photos to “rate” you, or your ID over WhatsApp. Nobody asks you to decide on the call.
Good fit if you're okay showing your face, want everything in a written contract, and can set aside time to film every week. We only work with creators 18+ who can verify with their ID.
Two ways to get paid
Revenue share
If your account already sells
You keep 35–50% of net. Where you land in that range depends on your starting point: existing accounts, social following, current sales. When the account sells more, you earn more; the rate itself stays the one in your contract.
Fixed monthly pay
If you want to know the number
800–2,000 USD a month, whatever the sales. Most creators start at 800 USD; the criteria for going up are in the contract. Bonuses for video calls and custom content are on top, paid weekly, every two weeks or monthly.
How the money moves, and on what dates, is written into your contract before you sign. We don't promise what your account will make.
Signing with a US company
You work with us remotely from any state. Your contract is with a registered New Mexico company, not with a WhatsApp number:

Show the contract to anyone you trust before signing. That includes a lawyer or your tax preparer.
Taxes, if you're US-based
General info, not tax advice: reporting what you earn is your responsibility. The IRS explains the basics for people who work for themselves in its Self-Employed Individuals Tax Center, including self-employment tax and quarterly estimated payments. Your state may have its own rules, so check with its tax department or a preparer. Questions worth asking them: how to report platform and agency income, whether you need estimated payments, which expenses you can deduct, and whether an LLC of your own makes sense.

- Anywhere in the US. LA, Miami, Dallas or a small town: it's all remote, so the city doesn't matter.

Is this a job listing?
No. It's for creators who want their accounts managed. We don't hire chatters, VAs or office staff through this site.
Do I pay anything to start?
No. Our share comes out of what the account earns, exactly as the contract sets it.
Can I start from zero?
Yes. New creators often pick fixed monthly pay while the account gets going.
Can I read my fan chats?
All of them, any time. Our chat team writes in your voice and stays inside your limits.
